Custom Made Products
All items are made to order. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect scale, gauge, or compatibility selected by the customer

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• Provide photos of the item and packaging

• We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

Incorrect Orders

• If the error is ours, we will replace or refund the item

• If the error is due to customer input, the item is non-refundable

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and will be communicated during the process.
